We are looking for a strong Freelance Digital Copywriter who can create compelling content across digital and social media platforms. You will generate writing and content development for various projects and initiatives. We are a dynamic in-house Agency with a very collaborative environment. * 3-5 years of experience as a Copywriter with healthcare, insurance or other regulated industry experience. * Hybrid on site 3 days/week in Providence, RI Metro Area. * 4 - 6 months with opportunity to extend. * Pay: $30 - $40 hourly Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business units to create communications. * Write clear, concise messaging that supports the client's initiatives and programs. * Assist with public relations and crisis communication. * Assist with speechwriting, presentation development, creation of videos and corporate event communications. * Generate impactful copy and content that delivers on and adheres to the brand vision, tone and brand standards while ensuring consistency across digital and social media platforms. * You will work on a wide variety of digital projects including- social, email, web, internal and external communications marketing and promotional pieces and more! * Collaborate with the creative team of print and web designers, web developers, writers, print production professionals, and account executives. Requirements: * 4 Year Degree in Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism. * Experience as a writer in an agency and/or corporate environment. Must have previous experience in regulated industries * Proven track record as a Digital and Social Copywriter, with a deep understanding of the ways copy helps to inspire action. * Strong writing and editing skills, including knowledge of proper punctuation, spelling and grammar for both long, and short form copy. * Working knowledge of Mac and Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software * Portfolio Required.
